28th.
Late Fee if received after February 28 and before May 31
$ 40.00
Total due if received after February 28 and before May 31
$300.00
An additional late fee of $100 will be added if not paid prior to
January 1, 2012.
Additional Late Fee: $10.00 per month for each month or partial month
after May 31.
